This coat I purchased for a wedding in the autumn a couple of years ago the arms were too long so they were altered and given a false hem to ensure the quality of the item see cream and red striped fabric . This is on the inside so would only show if you turned the sleeves up .the length of sleeve from underarm pit to cuff is 16.5 inches . Armpit to armpit is 19 inches . It has lovely gather detail at waist .
